Are upgrades free to registered users?
Computer-Spy.com
offers free upgrades on all of our software,
as long as the update is a minor update
in your version. For example, if you
purchased NETObserve 2.0, you are allowed
updates for NETObserve 2.0 - NETObserve
2.9. However, it would cost you an upgrade
fee to upgrade from NETObserve 2.x to
NETObserve 3.x.

do so?
